I started Spiritual Direction with Teresa to get clarity in many areas of my life, including my own beliefs after a hard faith-community experience. Through gentle, often deeply contemplative practice with Teresa, I was able to reattach to my commitment for spiritual development. The questions that caused me to seek this process were ones I had spent a great amount of time avoiding.
